What is it?
Construction clean-up is a service provided to brand new homes or homes that are being remodeled.
What we provide?
We provide the light cleaning that is needed after the construction work is completed and all construction debris has been removed. This is the final step prior to turning the home over to the owner. NOTE: Construction clean-up is divided into two categories: rough clean-up and final clean. Spick and Span focuses on the final clean. Rough clean-up is the removal of construction debris and is often done by the contractor. Spick and Span does not do rough clean.
