DISINFECTION
Is the service safe?
Our service is eco-friendly and completely safe for the community. We recommend you cover any food related items prior to the service. After the service you will need to allow minimum of 30 minutes for the disinfectant to dry after which you can re-enter your home, office or business.
Will it have a bad smell & for how long?
It does not stink. The smell usually disappears 100 % within about 30 minutes (for a well-ventilated area)
How much time will the application process take & should we vacate the area?
It depends on the area to be disinfected & the details of the work but in general, it should take around 1 hour to finish up to 500 M2. We highly recommend leaving the area till all the disinfection process is completed. You can use the area within a period of 30 to 60 minutes of disinfection completion
How often (what timeframe) should Disinfectant treatments be completed?
The timeframe for re-application for disinfection treatments will be different for each site. We recommend the following as a guideline to reduce risk:
High traffic areas or large commercial environments with multiple visitors – Daily
Schools / Large commercial offices with the same people occupying – Weekly
Small offices with low occupancies – Fortnightly to Monthly
