Satisfaction Guarantee

• We guarantee total satisfaction with our cleaning services. If for some reason anything we have done does not meet your approval, kindly inform our office within 24 hours and we will make arrangements to rectify the problem at no additional cost.
• Please take note that this rectification will not apply if the condition of the premises has deteriorated since the original cleaning was done.

Customer Care

Spick N Span believes in long-standing relationships with our customers. We try to keep in regular contact with you to ensure you receive the best possible cleaning services from us. Please feel free to contact us by telephone, email or through our website.

Machinery & Equipment.

• All cleaning supplies and cleaning equipment necessary to carry out the cleaning services will be furnished by Spick N Span Cleaning Services except if agreed with the client otherwise.
• The Client only needs to provide running water, electricity and sufficient light at the premises where the service takes place.
• If you insist that we use your solutions or equipment like Vacuum Cleaner, they must be safe to use/operate, in full working order and must not require any special skills to be used for the purpose of cleaning.
• The Client must provide clear and detailed instructions to the Cleaner on how to use the materials and equipment.
• Spick N Span cannot accept any liability should anything go wrong with either the equipment or the outcome of using it.
• Customer agrees to provide a task list to Spick N Span before we start the cleaning services

Payment

• Full payment for cleaning services should be done at the time of service unless other arrangements are made.
• Invoice will be sent monthly or at the end of a project dependent on the agreed terms.
• Additional work requested that isn’t covered in the original brief will be quoted separately and added to the original invoice. At least one month’s notice is required to discontinue the service.
• Review of all cleaning service prices is done each year and adjusted in tune with inflation, minimum wage increases or any other logical circumstances.

Price Adjustments

• Spick N Span Cleaning Services reserves the option to reevaluate rates at any time. You will be notified 30 days prior to any price increases.
• If a customer requests for changes to service or additional services that differ from original estimate, additional charges will be billed or a new estimate may be required.

Refunds

No refunds are given for our services. As cleaning is a very personalized and subjective service, Spick N Span Cleaning Services refrains from offering refunds to customers.

Cancellation

Spick N Span Cleaning Services reserves the right to suspend or cancel a booking if there are problems with:

• The access to the area to be cleaned, water or electricity supplies
• Working in cooperation with other contractors and /or service providers
• Interference from any other party

The client will still be held accountable for the full cost of the agreed service.

Holidays

Spick N Span Cleaning Services does not provide services on the official holidays declared by the Qatar government, for eg: Eid Al-Fitr, Eid-Al-Adha etc .

Complaints

All complaints regarding our services are taken up seriously.

• If you are not happy with any aspect of our service please call us within 24 hours of completion of the service. Our crew will come over to rectify it. We will not consider any complaints that are notified after a period of 24 hours.
• Also, if other people are present in the property when our cleaners are at work, we will not be held liable for work not completed, or not completed to a good standard.
• All fragile and highly breakable items must be secured or removed. We cannot be held responsible for damage due to faulty and/or improper installation, lack of maintenance, or general wear and tear of any items.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the relevant laws of Qatar, and by agreeing to be bound by them the customer agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts of Qatar. Spick N Span Cleaning Services reserves the right to make any changes to any part of these terms and conditions without any prior notice.
